We respect your privacy. We collect the minimum data necessary, store it securely, and never sell it.

What we collect

We collect only your email address, and only if you voluntarily submit it through our signup form to be notified about plugin launches.

We do not collect:

• Names, addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal identifiers
• Payment information (we do not sell anything on this Site)
• Tracking cookies, analytics, or behavioral data
• IP addresses (beyond what our hosting provider logs for security)

Why we collect it

Your email is used solely to:

• Send you a one-time announcement when our audio plugins launch
• Send infrequent updates about Riffspire (no more than a few per year)

Legal basis

We process your email based on your explicit consent, given when you submit our signup form and confirm via the double opt-in email. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

Who processes your data

We use EmailOctopus (operated by Email Octopus Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom) as our email service provider. EmailOctopus stores your email and handles delivery of our newsletters in compliance with GDPR. Their privacy policy: emailoctopus.com/privacy-policy.

Bot protection on our signup form is provided by Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect technical signals (browser fingerprint, IP) for fraud prevention. See Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We retain your email until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, your email is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Object to our processing of your data

EmailOctopus is based in the United Kingdom, which the European Commission recognizes as providing adequate data protection. No data is transferred outside the UK/EU.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will update the "Effective" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email.
